The Filling Materials of Bottle Filling Machine

Under the action of the vibration motor, the bottle caps are transported from the lower part to the upper cap sorting machine through the chain plate.
The cap sorting machine has a detecting switch. At a certain point in time, the detecting switch will trigger the activation of the cap sorting machine, which will then cap and discharge the bottles. The main structure of the capping machine is made of stainless steel and is used in conjunction with the capping machine. It is suitable for various bottle caps such as plastic caps, aluminum caps, and metal caps. It can automatically distinguish the front and back of the bottle caps, automatically cap without caps, and automatically stop with caps, and automatically output the bottle caps synchronously with the production line.

The working principle of this machine is that when the bottle is in place and clamped and fixed, the sensor automatically triggers the cap hanging device to automatically place the bottle cap above the bottle mouth.
The four wheels clamp the bottle cap through the transmission system and apply force evenly along the rotation direction of the bottle mouth to screw the bottle cap into the bottle mouth, thus completing the capping action. The machine adopts a fully automatic operation mode and can adapt to bottles of different heights and diameters. The capping head adopts a rubber wheel, the capping torque is adjustable, the force is uniform, the capping range is wide, the capping range can be locked, and the caps of different specifications can be locked. It has the characteristics of strong versatility, wide application range, fast capping efficiency and high capping quality.
Automatic Labeling Machine
After the capping is completed, the bottle needs to be labeled. The fully automatic round bottle labeling machine is a commonly used auxiliary equipment for bottles, with high labeling efficiency, good labeling effect and accurate labeling position. You can use self-adhesive roll label paper, and the label winding completes the labeling process. It is suitable for round single label, double label, positioning label, full circumference label and other labeling forms.
The working principle is that the bottle conveying mechanism separates the bottles one by one, the sensor detects that the bottle has reached the specified position, and the signal is transmitted to the labeling control system. The roll automatically sends the label to the bottle, and the labeling device drives the round bottle to rotate, and the label is pasted.
